Jeremy W. Hobbs is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding member of Draupnir, LLC, an operating and holding company formed in 2002. Draupnir owns significant interests in a diverse assortment of businesses, including Petersen Brands, LLC (industrial tools and lighting products), Eastek International Corporation (third party manufacturing), HotLink, Inc. (promotional products), and Discovery Toys, Inc. (educational toys).
Prior to joining Draupnir, Jeremy practiced law in Chicago, Illinois, from 1987 until 2002. He specialized in strategic business planning and complex commercial litigation. From 1997 to 2002, he was Managing Partner of Krasnow, Cornblath and Hobbs, a Chicago-based law firm.
Jeremy is a 1982 graduate of Pomona College, and received a J.D. degree (with honors) from the University of Chicago Law School in 1987. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hobbs was a management and public policy consultant. Mr. Hobbs serves on the boards of AMCON Distributing Company and several privately-held companies affiliated with Draupnir, LLC.
