Phyllis I. Gardner, MD
Dr. Phyllis Gardner is the Senior Associate Dean for Education and Student Affairs at Stanford University School of Medicine, and has been a tenured associate professor in the departments of molecular pharmacology and medicine at Stanford since 1984. Since 1994, Dr. Gardner has worked closely with ALZA Corporation in the areas of drug formulation and drug delivery. From 1996-1998, she was Vice President of Research and Head of the ALZA Technology Institute. Dr. Gardner is also consultant or advisor to a number of companies and serves as a member of the board of directors of Health Hero Network and Elim Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. She has also served on a number of committees at the National Institute of Health's cell biology and physiology II study section and is a director on the American Heart Association.

Dr. Gardner has published over 57 papers in the field of cell biology, pharmacology and gene therapy, including a pharmacology textbook. She has received many honors and awards, including the Judith Poole Award in 1998, for American Women in Science. Dr. Gardner earned her M.D. from Harvard Medical School. She trained in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by a chief residency at Stanford University Hospital.

Charles D. Peebler
Charles D. Peebler, Jr. is a founding member and Managing Director of Plum Capital LLC, a successful venture capital company. Plum makes investments primarily in expansion stage media companies through preferred equity securities. The Fund intends to capitalize on growth oriented media companies' significant and unmet need for "smart" private equity capital. He is the retired Chairman Emeritus of True North Communications, Inc., the sixth largest advertising agency holding company in the world. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of True North Diversified Companies, which include BSMG Worldwide, MGR, Wahlstrom & Company, Bozell Wellness Worldwide, Tierney & Partners, Consulting Services, and others. TN Media and Temerlin McClain also reported to Mr. Peebler.

He has served on the boards of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, the Advertising Council, the American Advertising Federation, and as chair of the Professionals in Advertising Political Action Committee.

Chuck is Honorary Chairman of the Board of the American Craft Museum. Among his other affiliations are memberships on the boards of the Chief Executives Organization, Valmont Industries, the Taft School, the National Center for Learning Disabilities, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation International and the New York City Partnership and Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Corporate Committee for Central Park Conservancy, a member of the Advisory Committee of Columbia Presbyterian Hospital Medical Center's Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center and serves, at the request of Mayor Bloomberg, on the Private Industry Council.

He is former Chairman of the United States Information Agency's Marketing Resource Committee and a former member of the Agency for International Development's Business Advisory Council. He also formerly served on the boards of the Presbyterian Hospital, (National) Junior Achievement, Southampton Hospital, the Greater New York Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club and as a member of the Campaign Steering Committee for the Morehouse School of Medicine.

In recent years, Chuck has been honored by the American Craft Museum, selected as Advertising Man of the Year by the B'nai B'rith and the Advertising Club of New York, and received the Lillian Wald Award from the Visiting Nurse Service.

Chuck lives in New York with his wife, the former Tonita Worley, and their son Todd. He has two grown sons, David and Mark.

Marilyn R. Seymann
Marilyn Seymann is a nationally recognized business leader whose broad experience in the public, regulatory and private sectors makes her uniquely qualified to competitively reposition financial institutions. Dr. Seymann was appointed by President Bush to serve as vice chair of the Federal Housing Finance Board (formerly the Federal Home Loan Bank Board) from 1990-1993 where she had primary responsibility for all banking and financial management issues. During this tenure she co-chaired the Systems Efficiency Task Force that developed comprehensive technology solutions for the FHLB system. Prior to forming M ONE, Dr. Seymann served as a Managing Director with Arthur Andersen & Co. and previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Chase Bank of Arizona, where she was responsible for the Private Banking, Trust, and upscale consumer finance divisions of the bank.

In addition to these positions in the private sector, Dr. Seymann has made substantial contributions in public service. She is a member of the National Advisory Committee on Violence Against Women, co-chaired by the U.S. departments of Justice and Health and Human Services. As Executive Assistant to Arizona Governor Bruce Babbitt, Dr. Seymann was responsible for the administration of a $2 billion operating budget for 17 major state agencies, and was Arizona's liaison with the federal government. She also served as the Associate Dean of the College of Business at Arizona State University, under Dean L. William Seidman. Dr. Seymann is the author of numerous articles on banking strategy, technology, and corporate governance, and the editor of Managing the New Bank Technology.

Dr. Seymann holds a Ph.D. from California Western University, an MA from Columbia University, and a BA from Brandeis University. She is also a graduate of the FBI Citizens' Academy and now serves as Vice President on its Board of Directors.

William F. Wright
Bill Wright is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and the University of Nebraska. He is also a certified public accountant. Mr. Wright previously taught managerial accounting at the University of Nebraska and at Duke University. After practicing law for several years with a regional firm, Mr. Wright founded, and served as senior partner of, a law firm in Lincoln, Nebraska, which specialized in the practice of tax law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. Even though Mr. Wright no longer practices law, his firm continues today as a successful, well-respected firm.

Thereafter, Mr. Wright founded AMCON Distributing Company, an American Stock Exchange Company (AMEX: DIT) involved in the bottling at the source and sale of natural water from Hawaii; the operation of retail health food stores; and the wholesale distribution of consumer products throughout the United States. Mr. Wright is currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AMCON Distributing Company. In addition, he serves as a consultant in strategic matters and as a director of various companies located throughout the world.

Mr. Wright is married and has four children. He resides in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
